Here Comes Rita wins Big A’s Montauk

Here Comes Rita splashed her way to a 2-length win over Point Me to It in the $81,825 Montauk Handicap for New York-bred fillies and mares on Sunday at Aqueduct.
The 3-year-old extended her winning streak to three, overcoming the elements on a sloppy, rain-soaked track. The time was 1:54.40 for the 1 1-8 miles.
Pablo Fragoso was aboard for trainer John Morrison as Here Comes Rita paid $10.60, $5.80 and $3.80. Point Me to It returned $6 and $3.40. My Dinah paid $2.80 to show.
