Wagers are accepted until post time. If a wager is made after the race has begun, it will not be accepted. We do not assume liability for wagers that are unsuccessfully entered before post time. Only wagers confirmed by clicking “Submit” are accepted, please insure to check your "reports"screen before logging out to see that your wagers were confirmed.
Once you confirm a bet online, your wager is considered final, we cannot cancel confirmed wagers.
A rebate of 8% for Exotics and 3% for Win, Place or Show will be paid on all wagers on a daily basis. There are no minimum daily volume requirements and there is no maximum on how much you can earn.
No rebate will be given on cancelled wagers or wagers refunded due to a scratch.
Important Note: The 8% & 3% Rebates only apply to wagers placed through the horse wagering interface. It does not apply to any matchups or other wagers made through the sportsbook login. The 3% rebate bonus will be paid on a daily basis.
Wagers placed on a horse to Show that payout less than 2.20 will not be eligible for the daily rebate.
All PK3 and PK4 tickets are paid out based on the official race results as published by the host track at which the race was run.
If there is a scratched horse in any PK3 or PK4 selection wagers will be refunded.
No consolation payouts as we do not recognize any 3 out of 4 special Pick 4 track payouts.
All Daily Double tickets are paid out based on the official race results as published by the host track at which the race was run.
Daily Double tickets are automatically refunded if there is a scratch in any of the legs.
No consolation payouts will be paid.
If a horse is scratched, all Win/Place/Show wagers placed via the racing interface will be refunded. (This does not apply to 'Odds to Win' bets placed via the sportsbook. On those bets a scratch counts as a loss).
Only the portion of Exacta/Trifecta/Superfecta/Quinella combos that contain the scratched horse will be refunded.
On Daily Doubles, Pick 3 and Pick 4 wagers, a scratch will result in an automatic refund.
There will be no consolation payouts.
